- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
- Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations
- Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
- Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fiel
- At least 3 years’ experience in a managerial position with proven track record of human resources management
- Good knowledge of HR Best Practices, Thai Labor Protection Law, and Personal Income Tax Code.
- Experience in recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations and personnel development
- Prior experience in HR Management in the IT service industry is preferable
- Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Corporate-minded with ability to work independently and as a team with department managers
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, good attitude, responsible, and resourceful skills
- Good command of spoken and written English
