Human Resource Manager

Job Description

  • Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
  • Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations
  • Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
  • Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
  • Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state and federal regulations.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fiel
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a managerial position with proven track record of human resources management
  • Good knowledge of HR Best Practices, Thai Labor Protection Law, and Personal Income Tax Code.
  • Experience in recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations and personnel development
  • Prior experience in HR Management in the IT service industry is preferable
  • Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Corporate-minded with ability to work independently and as a team with department managers
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, good attitude, responsible, and resourceful skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English
