Senior HR Executive

Job Description

  • Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
  • Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
  • Maintain a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
  • Maintain employee benefits programs and inform employees of benefits
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in human resources management.
  • Good knowledge of HR Best Practices.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations and personnel development.
  • Prior experience in the IT service industry is preferable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Corporate-minded with ability to work independently and as a team with department managers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good attitude, responsible, and resourceful.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
