Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
Maintain a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
Maintain employee benefits programs and inform employees of benefits
Maintain professional and technical knowledge.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications:
At least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
At least 3 years’ experience in human resources management.
Good knowledge of HR Best Practices.
Experience in recruitment, employee relations and personnel development.
Prior experience in the IT service industry is preferable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Corporate-minded with ability to work independently and as a team with department managers.
